GENERAL DESCRIPTION
High voltage, high speed glass passivated NPN power transistor in a plastic package. Applications:Off-line SMPS TV and monitor power supplies Inverters Electronic lighting ballasts The BUX84S is supplied in the SOT428 (DPAK) surface mounting package.
